Reinstalling version 10

I need help with installing version 10. my computer crashed and i have to reload everything. I started with the free version the 9 and all the updates then 10 and updates. i tried installing 10 and it says my licence is not valid. what am i suppose to do?

Bonnie, Click on your picture, it wil lead you to your profile of X5.
On the bottom right you will find the latest v10 version for download also your licence is there. These should be enough to get you started again.
