new laptop - can't activate evolution 9 various message eg licence key does not exist or error code 311 please help as need to put websites in v9 so can then migrate to version 10 ALL paid for

Hello Claire,
If you have used your v9 licence to obtain an upgrade to v10 at a reduced price then unfortunately your v9 licence will no longer be valid, and this will be the cause of your problem.
As you still have v9 sites which you need to export to v10 then I'm sure Incomedia will be willing to help you with the conversion.
I will mark this post for their attention on your behalf.
Alternatively if you set this post to 'Private' then you can communicate with the Incomedia support staff directly.
