Guest book problem

There are two files (combined) attached to look at and the web site to see the problem is at www.tuckpixs.com then click on comments.
I get the error when I put comment1 with or with out the / or with out the entire website path. The folder is marked to 777 permissions.
Please help.

you need to add only the folder name and not the complete url otherwise it will not work.
Write only comment1/ if this is the folder you created with the CHMOD set to 777.

My message said that I tried it that way... comment1 only and I still get the message

In the image I see you added http://www.tuckpixs.com/comment1 and you need only to add the folder name comment1/ and not the entire url.
Open also the admin page www.tuckpixs.com/admin and then login with the username and password you find in step 4 access management in the Admin user and then go to the test to see if you get an error message about the public folder.
Pleaee let me know what the test page shows.
