URGENT Not sure where the answer to this very wierd problem may be.
We have just uploaded our first WS5v9 e-commerce site (www.celebrityfragrancesshop.co.uk) to host and while testing our new "live" site we have encountered a serious problem. It is this:
When our shopper completes transaction for an amount in UK Pounds and Pence ie £nn.nn the sum shown for transaction with us at their PayPal login screen is ROUNDED up or down to whole UK£. ie £18.79 becomes £19.00 and £7.14 becomes £7.00. This is absolutely wrong and must be fixed immediately.
We have made an urgent support request at PayPal to resolve this problem and are waiting for their response.
BUT we cannot be certain that WS5v9 is not doing the erroneous rounding before passing the transaction to PayPal and I anticipate that they will ask that.
So, can a tech person at Incomedia please look at this and advise URGENTLY please as this will certainly will loose us customers confidence in our site.
