How do I get rid of Unregistered on my Photos

My website still shows "Unregistered Version". I have a registered copy. How can I get rid of this. I have wiped my computer, fresh install of the Windows OS as I was thinking that may be a few of my issues. Reloaded the software and then installed the copy of my page in a newly downloaded X5. I reuploaded entire site and still have UNREGISTERED. Please help! Checked the forums but can't seem to find an answer.

Please follow the instructions you will find below and feel free to write back if you have any questions!
Uninstall all Incomedia WebSite x5 programs installed like the Free and Demo Versions, and then delete the installation folder present in Program files. When these folders are deleted, proceed to delete also the licence.iwl files in the WebSite X5 folders in AppData\Local\Incomedia\ and then download the most updated version from your answers.websitex5.com profile in the "Downloads" section.
You will need to deactivate the antivirus and firewall and then run the installer, with the right click option, as administrator.
Follow the registration procedure and once installed, run the program again as administrator with the right click option.
When the program starts, open the project and then reload all image by pressing CTRL + Preview.
