Error 406 when trying to update to 10.1.6.50

I am trying to update from 10.1.4.45 to 10.1.6.50 and still receive an error 406. Have tried numerous times to no avail. I have also shut down all defenders, anti-viruses, etc and still get the same error. I am currently using windows 8.1 Please help.

make a back up of your project files inside your hard drive on step 5.
go to your profile here ate the top next to the flag, and from dropdown menu choose "Download" and download the latest version of your x5. uninstall your old one, restart your computer and install the new one. then import back your project files. remeber to make a full backup of your project on step5 first before uninstalling your x5!
