Cost of X5 10 Pro??

I've been using Website X5 since ver 8 am now using version 10. Am I required to pay the full $250.00 to use X5 ver 10 Pro??? If so that sucks. Most companies give existing customers a price cut when up grading to a new version. What gives with Incomedia???

Hi James, The Pro version is NOT available as an upgrade, as it is a completely different program from X5 10 Evolution. Upgrade pricing was available for version 8 to 9 and from version 9 to 10, and also 10 Pro was launched with a substantial discount to the existing user base. Specials are still offered on this via email from time to time, so get on the mailing list if you aren't already.
For me, the extra features of 10 Pro were not enough to make me want to change to it from my existing Version 10 Evolution.
