Preview Error

When I start the preview it doesn't open correctly and I get the not responding error for about a minute or so. I have checked for updates and restarted the computer but the problem is still there. Since I have already lost one project I'm worried it's going to happen again because this is how it began. Any ideas? ght nhh

Not in the project I'm currently working on.
what is the version of your window? do you have mozilla firefox and google chrom installed in your computer?
and remember, make a back up of your project, every day that you work on it, step5, export project, and save it in another drive inside your computer (or flash drive, or cd), just in case!
