did you check that by using another email address? open a gmail or yahoo account, then try to use that as a customer email address, see if that going to change the result!

Try also to change email script type in step 4 data management and then export the project again to test it to see if then the emails are sent correctly.

If this should not help try to contact your hosting provider to ask if there are limitations with the PHP mail() function to send more emails together.

I think its a different cause, because from the site I can send an email from the page "email-form and also a link on the homepage to subscribe to the newletter;

(this link sends a mail to the client and a copy to me..so mutilple mails)

I think it must be somewhere in the hosting script because all functions are normal in my pre-view mode but NOT when I send the project online
