I made an website with "WebsiteX5 Evolution" and I activated "captcha" anti-spam filter for "contact". When I want to send an e-mail, the messege is:"The inserted check word is not correct!" even I write the correct word. Can you tell me which is the problem?

did you upload your website to your server? captcha only works on server and not local computer.

Try to clear the browser cache and then refresh the page. Once done try to enter the captcha again to see if then it works correctly.
