will my website created in version 9 be able to be updated automaticly by version 11 pro . I sure do not want a whole lot of work getting my site up and runing in ver11 pro asking questions is a long drawn out issue with X5  regards Christine

can I have the backup disc with ver 11 pro as I do have 2 laptops but change them from time to time how do i manage to instal on a third pc if i purchase a new laptop and delete x5 from an older laptop that  i will have no further use for???

you will be able to export the project you have created with your version 9 and import it into your new version 11. 
I'm sorry but it is not possible to have the backup disk, but I wish to remind you that if you need to install your program again, you will always be able to find the latest version of the program in the ''download'' section in your control panel.

If your program has been installed on 2 different computers and you need to install on another, you may delete the program from the computer that you are not going to use anymore and install on your new one. Please make sure that the program is always only active on 2 different computers, not more.

I notice that version 11 can be purchased with a backup disk at extra cost. would you be so kind and tell me why Version 11 professional does not come with a backup disk even if I wanted to pay the extra cost for it.

What makes it so different from version 11 apart from the costs that makes your company not wanting to provide a backup disk and does not sees it  warranted for a backup disk.Based on the fact that I would be paying 3 or near 4 times the cost of just version 11 with the professional version. My other question is how much the version 11 professional would cost me in total with any discount. Based on your reply it will determine if I will purchase the full professional program from you or just stick with the current version 9 that I am using and does the job . Kind Regards Christine

We did not create the backup cd at all for version 11 (both Evolution and Professional do not have it) therefore I am very sorry but you can not purchase it. As mentioned in my previous answer, you always have the chance to download your program whenever you like from your control panel and if you prefer, you can save it on cd.

I think I will stick to the version 9 I am currently using, until X5 change its policy and start to produce programs on disk and in a box as what X5 did for version 7-8-and 9 until X5 it got too big and changed its policy to electronic down loads only. And forgot one principle and that is to provide what the customers want. It’s a pity as I have purchased 7-8-and 9 from you but feel X5 as forgot what they use to do in the past. For me I would love to purchase version 11 Pro and any future programs but not as an electronic down load. Regards Christine
