Do you mean a new install of WebSite X5?

Did you 'upgrade' to Windows 10 from a previous operating system?  If so, what was the previous operating system, and was it a 32-bit or 64-bit system?

Is your copy of Windows up to date with all fixes and patches from Windows Update?

There have been isolated instances of similar errors over the last few weeks, and to the best of my knowledge in virtually every instance the user has 'upgraded' to Windows 10 as opposed to a clean install of Windows 10.  In particular, upgraded from Windows 7.

These error messages are not confined to WebSite X5...  if you search the net you will find other softwares are affected too.  It would appear that some Microsoft components are becoming corrupted during the upgrade process to Windows 10, dependent on the computer configuration of each individual user.  Here is an example:

In your own case the font 'Benjamin Pro' is precipitating a crash.  The first course of action would be to temporarily uninstall this font using the option in Windows Control Panel/Settings, and then attempt reinstallation of WebSite X5 once more.  You may be presented with a second error message, which we can deal with later if necessary.

The procedure is similar to that described in the following thread:

https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/post/125086

Don't worry, you can of course reinstall any fonts that are temporarily uninstalled.

We are here to help and assist as much as we can...  please keep us updated.
