Please try to repair .NET Frameworks by following these steps:

Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off
Clear the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and then click on OK. Clear also the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 and then click on OK.
After Windows disables the feature you will need to go back to re-enable Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and 4.6 and then click ok.

Once done restart computer and the program and then try again to see if then it works.

Please keep me updated.

Dear M.I., Claudia, i have the same problems with X5 12 prof. I did repeare net.framework 3.5.1 and 4.6 already and it did not help at all. What to do next?

I have also the same error! I am using Windows 10  latest big update 64 bit.

I deleted WebsiteX5 completely.

I turned .NET framework off, restart pc and turn .NET framework 3.5 and 4.6 on ( Get message that latest versions from latest Windows update were downloaded and installed.

Installed WebsiteX5 latest version from my Pofile.

Same error as above...

Plze advise what to do now
