Is possible to edit the blog of the web without using website?

Hi,
I´d like to know if it is possible that a person who hasn´t access to website x5 can post and edit the blog side of the web.
On the other hand, few weeks ago I found a problem with the website and haven´t found the solution: I know that a way to solve the problem is clearing the cache and the cookies, but I´d like to know if there´s a way to have the form fields cleaned once you close the web browser, even if there´s no user in that session.

It is not possible to edit the blog without access to the WebSite X5 software.
