Restore project file from ftp

Dear all,
Can a person restore his website x5 file if it has been deleted from the program and windows cart?
The problem is that he needs that file, but he has site files which are keeping on the ftp server (html, php, xml, e.t.c) and that person doesn't understand css html codes. The project has been deleted by mistake.
Could you tel me if it's possible to restore project using those files which are keeping on the server? Or maybe these files can be sent by service team of website x5, maybe they are keeping that data?
