Installation problem Website X5 Professional 13  ru

(https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/pt/post/156466) Hello I have the simmilar problem. I made an update to version 13. After that i have still the same error message (see attachement). 

Installation of Visuall C++ or repair tool didn´t help me.

I also tried comlettly uninstall the WS X5 and made a new 2013 ver. intallation with the same result. :-(

Thank you for contacting us. 
Could you please try to verify if there are any windows updates and in case install these and then reboot the computer?

Here is the procedure to repair the .NET frameworks:

  • Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off
  • Clear the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and then click on OK. Clear also the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 and then click on OK. 

After Windows disables the feature, you will need to go back to re-enable Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and 4.6 , then click ok.

When you have completed this procedure, please test the program again and let me know if you manage to use it correctly.

I did allrogram fixed ASAP the above and the program errors out just like before.  Someone needs to get this program fixed ASAP!
