I have purchased the object "Swiper Grid Slider" at 18 credits, but I get a message when try to install the object in Website X5 Pro 13: "Invalid Object content" and then I only can click OK, why?
I have earlier purchased and installed many others object to Pro 13 with no problems and of course updated the object list.
My system: Windows 10 Pro

I just installed it wwith no problems at all.
Did you refresh the page before donwload? Can the firewall prevent the communication with the server of Incomedia, try it without a firewall/virusscanner.
I use win1o as well and x5 pro v13.
You can also try to download with a brand new project and see if that helps.

Thanks for the answer.
I have earlier refreshed the page and other new object was no problem to install.
The object "Swiper Grid Slider" is new for me and I have not earlier downloaded this object.
A small text at the object says that the object is purchased and ready to install, but a pop menu with an error says "Invalid Object Content" when I try to install the object. Then I only can click OK and the object is still uninstalled.
But I will in the coming days try to turn of firewall and antivirus and try to install the object again.
Great let me know how it goes, don't forget to test with a brand new project as well.
