I wouldbe grateful to know if Incomedia has had any further thoughts on instant digital downloads. See https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/pt/post/171137
If the purchaser is paying using the PaylPal facility (paypal or credit card) there can be no security problem.
At the moment is the purchase buys during the night (my time) he/she will have to wait until the morning for me to apporve it - which may be the middle of the night their time. It could be a 24 hours dely.
I would be interested also to see if colleagues has found this to be a nuisance or have found a way round it.

As far as I am concerned, that is the only thing lacking in the program - the rest is absolutley great. If you could introduce that, it would be perfect for me.

I see #14 still does not have that facility. I like all the other bells and whistles but, as far as I am concerned, we are still missing out on one essential.
Folks are so used to being able to pay and then download automatically and instantly, it seems to me that X5 is lagging behind in that respect and I really don't undertsand why.
If I have a customer from the far East that pays for a download, he/she is not going to be happy waiting for 10 hours or so until I wake up.
Please give this serious consideration.

I can do it on you site - and would be seriously fed up if I paid you money and then had to wait for the download. Please, please, please get this sorted as a favour to your customers!

Unfortunately I am not able to tell you if and when a specific function will be added but I can assure it is still taken in consideration by the developers.
As soon as new functionalities are been added we will notify if through our official channels like the Help Center.

Thanks Claudio - I am sure you see the problem
Duncan, as an interim measure, can't you set up a mail filter and an autoreply in your mail client on receipt of a paypal notification with the appropriate content? This could send a link to a hidden page on your site with the file download, or perhaps a simple password and make the encrypted file freely available on your site.
