Version 16 does not start after installation

I have just bought Version 16.3.1 and installed it. When starting the program I got the following message:
"An error occured when running the program. Please reinstall the program.
(Typinitieraren för WebsiteX5.Browser.BrowserControl utlöste ett undantag)"
Sorry, the last text is in swedish.
The complete data is sent to you with my email address attached to the message.
I have now resinstalled the program several times, but the result is the same.
I am running Win10, 64-bit.

Try the download from the helpdesk, top right the pulldown next to your name -> download, then install thsi one.
Or did you do this already?
