Please explain how I can get access to the graphic template that I purchased.

I started program as admin, I am able to download other templates, but not the one graphic template

If I am not allowed to download the graphic template, can I at least have the credits refunded???

Purchased graphic template.  found it in "licensed" templates but it will not download.  I am still unable to download.  See the screen shot I provided previously.  can the file be emailed or something?

Elisa,  I don't feel comfortable giving my license number on this forum.  Incomedia should know my license number as it is no doubt connected to my profile.

Billy, whilst you are no doubt correct, if you go to your first post you can mark this post as hidden it will mark the whole conversation as hidden and no-one except Incomedia & yourself can see it, you could then provide any details with confidence.
