H ow do I apply for the 30 day refund. I purchased this product (Professional) yesterday and I have had multiple crashes and freeze ups.

If you buy it by cleverbridge just send them a messege that you would like to give it back with order no. One or two days and they will send money back.

You mentioned cleverbridge, I purchased this product online from Incomedia online store and can see no means to contact for refund. Any help would be appreciated.
