I paid updat service till 10-11-2022 !
I cannot update, I have to purchase new version, this is not right, I have paid till 10-11-2022 !!!
So be honest and let me update before my lisence is expired.

I think there is a misunderstanding with the expire date:
Normal you write dates here English mm/dd/yyyy so 10-11-2022 = 11 okt 2022
I read it Dutch way: dd/mm/yy so 10-11-2022 = in Holland 10 nov 2022.

I unfortunately do confirm the expiration date is 11th October, so your licence has expired on 11th October 2022, I am sorry about this.

to avoid confusing should be nice to change the date displaying byt the month into literal text.

Here in Holland we read it as 11/october/2022
( Incomedia sometimes uses the English date format ( like here) and sometimes the other date format ( with expire dates).
