from what I can see I am able to reach the homepage at https://manolatos.gr/index.html however https://manolatos.gr/ alone results in an error 403.

it is a file usually created automatically by the software with some pre-generated code and it has the option to add custom code for redirection and other aspects, however the wrong changes can lead to some malfunctions.
I would suggest contacting your hosting provider to check the situation with them, perhaps some permissions are incorrectly set on the folder where the website was exported.
