Unfortunately it's not possible to copy/paste Excel Tables directly in the program. There are many different ways to add them in your project. You can choose to save them in Excel as HTML files and then copy/paste the HTML Code in the project but it wont give you probably the best result since the code needs to be adapted. Another way would be the one suggested by kolasim by using Google Docs where you upload the table online in Google Docs and then you make it public and you click on share to obtain the link to use in the iframe code.
