Problem with Help Menu

Hello! I bought WebSite X5 Evolution 10 (last update 10.0.8.35, installation language Russian) and now I've the problem: Help menu doesn't work. When I click on Help menu, program is shutting down and writes: "Incomedia WebSite X5 Evolution has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." So when I open the file WebSiteX5.chm, Help window opens and after a few seconds closes with error and writes MicrosoftHTML Help Executable - problem found... In short: HELP doesn't work absolutly!!! Help me please!

As you noticed the issue comes from Microsoft HTML Help executable which is not working and I would suggest you to uninstall this program and then to download it agian from following link and to install it again:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/ms669985(v=vs.85).aspx
At the moment i you need the help file you can reach it also on
http://help.websitex5.com/en/
