My website under professional 10 is refusing to accept my password credentials for a members only access site. Any ideas?

Oh help - my forum is also rejecting my password. How do I reset everything please?

Basically - my log in is not working now that I have upgraed to professional. How can I sort that out please?
Hello Duncan,
Please do the following:
1. Erase all X5 related project files from your webserver
2. In Step 2 Sitemap Creation unlock any pages that are currently locked in the Website Map (by using the icon on the toolbar), then reapply the lock to those pages
3. Hold the 'CTRL' key down whilst entering the X5 preview mode
4. Do a full export of your project to the server in Step 5
5. Clear your browser cache and cookies
6. Verify that the issue is now resolved
