You can use the link function in the text object where you choose as option "file or URL" and then you select the mp3 song in "loca file on PC". In this way the link will be to the mp3 file.

If you want to be sure the file is always downloaded you can zip it before so the browser will not try to play it, since it depends on the browser settings, and will always be downloaded.
