New versions on a disk in a Box

Hi,
if you produce your updated version on Disk in a box as I have mentioned many times before I will them purchase further versions. I have version 7-8-9 all came in a box, without this I will stick with the version 9 I have.

I find this odd as you send out all your information via emails, yet will not respond via emails.

we send our newsletters by email but we do not offer support. Thank you for opening a post on our social help center with your request.
I'm sorry but the Sowftware is not available in a box you can only find it as download if you are interested. I wish to inform you that once you have installed your software, you will always find a download link in your control panel (in the ''download'' section) just as in version 9 and all the information you need about your licence key in the ''my licence'' section. You can create your own backup cd of it if you like.

Thank you for the information that has been repeated to me before. I am not interested in downloads, only a full version of the latest proffessinal on disk. otherwise I will stick to version nine. Now your comany has now become ebstablished like many companies you do not give what the customers want. Again thank you for the information I will stick to ver9 .Christine
