Cannot install application. Receive an Activation Error: 311

Recently changed desktop computers i.e. bought new one, binned old one.
Stupidly I did not take a back up copy of the installation files and therefore had to ask for the link to the download again which I have received.
On trying to install the software I get an Activation Error 311 which states The licence key entyered correspondes to a version that has been upgraded and therefore is not valid. I notice that the download relates to Compact 9 rather then Evolution 9.
I trying to install Website X5 Evloution 9 onto a Desktop PC running Windows 7
Is it as simple as contacting Cleverbridge Support again or can staff on here help me?

Your licence details should be safely stored here:
https://answers.websitex5.com/profile/licence
As long as you use the licence key related to the Evolution version then there should be no problem in activating.
