Problem with the miniatures in the gallery

I have two kinds of miniatures in one gallery (see attachment). I tried several ways to restore but it's no use. How can I resolve this?

I think this may be a browser cache issue... is it possible to post a link to the specific gallery online?

It looks good to me, did you refresh the page after you have made changes with ctrl-F5 ??
