Constant crashing

I can't get far with this software. Each time I perform an action (select a template as an example) the program crashes. I've looked at the suggestions online (to install certain things from Microsoft -- C++ and .NET framework -- and each time I follow the links, the links are broken on Microsoft's end.)
I really need this to be resolved soon.

I've now tried all of the links in the two you listed above (there must have been a problem with my internet signal earlier today because some of those same links didn't work earlier.) I'm still having the same problem.
I've disabled and re-enabled the .NET Framework, re-installed the .NET Framework files that were missing, installed the C++ libraries and re-installed the Website software.
What am I missing?
Is there a way to get a refund?
