Newsletter Subscription Cancelled

I noticed that I have not been receiving any newsletters from Incomedia. I checked the subscription settings in my profile and it said that my user registration was cancelled.
What happened for the registration to be cancelled and how can I re-enable the subscription?

Specifically, I want to get the Incomedia Newsletter, Website X5 offers, and Incomedia Partner Offers.

Yes, I see the error you refer to, but I assume it is temporary as the error message suggests.

That is exactly the page I am referring to in my original post. I go there, when the page is not down, with my email address registered to this account and it says the user's registration has been cancelled

Go to your profile (change user profile) on Answers and see:
Newsletter
Go to the Edit your Subscription page to change your preferences for receiving emails.
When you click on "Edit your subscription" you arrive to a custom page active with you email. See my screenshot in attachment.

Yes. As mentioned in the first post and the post after it, I went to that page. It says the user's registration is cancelled and none of the boxes are checkable. They are all greyed out.

Every seems good on my end, thanks! Is there some sort of archive where I can see the last few newsletters? If not, no worries.
