I am running windows 10 and currently have Website X5 Evolution 9.1.12.1975 installed and running perfectly. I downloaded WebSite X5 Professional Demo 13 and tried installing.

While stuck on "Updating Libraries..." I get a pop up with the following message

An error occurred while running the program.
Please reinstall the program.
(Cannot load Counter Name data because an invalid index " was read
from the registry.)

I also get the same message while trying to install WebSite X5 Evolution Demo 13
