I cannot install Hover Button  en

I have trouble

After buying Hover Button on Object Management,  I cannot install it.

It show: ' It was not possible to connect to the Incomedia Server. This could be a temporary problem: we suggest you try again later'

I've waited an see day by day, retried many more times, but nothing changed. While another object I bought that easily intalled, even after buying Hover Button.

Could you make it posible, I need it for my website.

Binh - it appears you are not Robinson Crusoe, there must be an issue on the Incomedia server.

Hello. I have the same problem. Recenlty formated my pc and thats the only button i cant install. In my office pc its ok (which i also recently formated)

See the screenshot.

And i work in both PRO versions (13 & 14). Same problem in both.

Nikos, are you using the same anti-virus/malware protection on both the office and home PC? If not, can you try temporarily disable your protection on your home PC in case it has misinterpreted the link as a false positive?

Even i am facing the same problem. Same message after disabling protection. Other objects are installing fine.
