I cannot remember my username and password to export on x5 were do I find it or change please? Thanks

You mean the password for exporting your project to internet?
This is made and maintaned by your hosting party not by x5.
So ask your hosting provider for a mail with the information you need or try to find there mail from the timeyou started to rent internet space from them. TThey are the ones that provide these to you, then fill these in x5 for exporting.

As Andre suggested, unfortunately we do not have any information about the FTP data you use to export your website, as they are provided by your hosting. I then suggest you to get in touch with your hosting provider directly.

thanks guys, they tell me they don't support this info so i'm a bit stuck as to were to get help?
Who is they? That can't be possible.
You rent space with them, they need to give you acces.
Are you sure? You must have ahd an e-mail with the credentials to place your website online. These are needed to be set in x5 so that x5 can upload it for you to the domain space you have rented.
Who is your provider? they are the only one's that can solve this.
If you don't know the provider what's the website adress?

It is one com and they say they dont support that i cant believe how difficult it is its bizzarre ??
you can ask a new passord in your control panel from one.com
If you forgot your password for the control panel then reset it
