Hello.This sometimes happens.
1) Temporarily disable the antivirus and firewall.
2) Restart your computer.
3) Wait about 3-5 minutes for the program to start.
4) Do not use VPN.
5) Try connecting to the Internet through another connection.
6) Try to run the program a little later.
