E-Commerce and empty Total

I am creating an e-commerce shop with X5 Evolution9. When I order I get a subtotal but the total keeps empty. It worked fine at the first test but after adding more items and quantity discount this field stays empty. The same is for the affirmation email. Do I need to reinstall and wht is happening to my saved projects? Can I access them after reinstalling? Any help appreciated!

This seems to be the only support Incomedia is offering but why is nobody answering?
Isn't there staff or the administrator to answer our questions?
The problem with the undefined Total occurs on other computers too.
The first 2 or 3 tests work perfect but then suddenly the field is empty and the shipping details are showing a ' 0'...anybody out there to help me please?
