Upgrade from X5compact 8 to X5 evo 9

Hi
I have purchased and upgrade from compact to evolution and when trying to register it i got this message:
The licence key entered is from another program or an earlier version. The account associated to my e mail is not enabled to install this program.

Hi!
You can not upgrade the Compact 8 to Evo 9, you can only upgrade Compact 8 toEvo 8 and Compact 9 to Evo 9. I'm sorry but you will have to purchase the full version in order to make it work.

Yes. Please contact Cleverbridge at *** and ask them for a refund. You will then be able to purchase the correct version at http://www.websitex5.com/en/store.html
