Hey I'm having the following problem. When a registered user has forgotten his password and wants to retrieve it, the system says that the e-mail has been sent. In my e-mail I see the request coming in, but the person who wants to receive his password again does not receive this e-mail in his inbox. According to the manual, all parameters are entered correctly. I have no idea what else I can do. Can someone help me?

Check into your admin panel if you have email errors !
