Problem installing template  en

I bought template, but it doesnt go install correctly ...

After download start installation edn with this notice :Internal error -: Failed to expand shell folder constant "user docs".

What is the problem ?

Jan, are you purchasing from Marketplace or from within WX5?

I bought it from Marketplace for free credit, i receive after purchase of WX5 evo.

Hello Jan 

This can sometimes happen when you're installing the software on peculiar Windows conditions. Is this a normal windows installation? Or perhaps a virtual machine? Maybe it's a device with Windows set to share its documents with other windows installation and doesn't have a Document folder?

Verify this and keep me posted here
