How to remove "D:\website X5\google13cd8d4990378a8a.html" from website

When I open the uploaded website it opens with "D:\WEBSITE X5\google13cd8d4990378a8a.html" at the top.
This is on Desktop, Laptop and Mobile phones.
I have gone into the SEO and deleted off the HTML tag and then uploaded it again but it is still there.
How do I get rid of it.

It is at the top of my website (shows up on a white strip with black font).
You have to delete the path and enter a MEta tag code under "1" SEO --> HTML Tag
