Youtube Gallery issue with 5th video  en

Is there any special password or PIN required to run the 5th video in the Youtube gallery?

For what purpose you are providing updates? 2022.2.5 is installed on my machine & it's not showing in the Product list.

What are we actually paying for? Being free debuggers while you develop software on our reported bugs, interesting? I could list the mistakes until tomorrow... Now I'm really interested in whether I will be blocked on this forum, which of course serves to fix bugs for you... Why don't you admit the mistakes and fix them, reported to you by old and loyal users... Drop the last straw is this file manager of yours which serves no purpose... the CTRL key takes us to an empty widows window... WTF FIX THIS !!!

Unable to add any other 5th Youtube URL in the gallery. 

It appears the same. Brocken link. 

It's useless, nothing else.

By paying you, I have purchased a headache & useless system with zero support.

What happened?

Are support people so ignorant, that they are not able to resolve this issue? While purchasing the software, you don't allow even if a single rupee is less in my payable amount? And after paying the full amount, why do I need to wait for a foolish issue (created by your system)?

What shall I reply to my client? You can easily afford to lose a client, but I cannot. 

Awaiting a reply for the last 4 days.

I apologize but I am not sure what you mean. The issue is definitely there, I verified it. I reported it to the developers so that it can be analyzed and solved. What do you mean "unable to resolve it"? The problem has been reported just now, you need to wait a little bit until the fix is implemented and tests are done, this of course might take a little time, but rest assured will be done

For the moment, I am afraid that I can only ask you to wait a bit longer until the issue is fixed on our side and an update is released

You are apologizing... You have been paid for a license that is not backed by quality programming staff. I read this forum intensively and participate in this loop of bugs that are not solved, but you constantly release new ones... You release new modules without our knowledge that do not WORK!!! Your modules are outdated and ineffective and we pay for all of that, not to mention that the application is nowhere near legally adapted, it has bugs in security, there are bugs in the update, the txt editor... bugs in the galleries, youtube modules that don't display properly on Iphone systems... Browse a bit and other reviews towards you... Google... I'm frustrated because I have too many projects in your application and I can't blame the clients that it doesn't work but I blame you because like other users I paid for the application! !!

Exactly what do you mean by "to wait a bit longer"? 

Is it a few days or weeks or months or years? I can wait (rather I have to wait); there is no other option. But the client is not ready to wait.

Both services have free plans. Of course, they don't have all the features. However, Incomedia Object also has nothing more than a simple gallery with the videos.


In addition, I just tried to help by informing a temporary alternative so that you don't run out of service to your client.

I've received a response from the developers on this

The issue seems to appear only if, after you added a new video, if you paste the link and then do not remove the focus on the element (meaning that you still have it selected) and then you click OK or launch the Preview, the value isn't actually saved.

Try to add the fifth video, then click something else so that the focus is lost. Then, click OK and try again

Does it work then?

In the YouTube gallery, make sure that no empty entry is created, otherwise the image for the missing video will be displayed.

If the blank entry is between the videos, then it's immediately noticeable. But if the empty entry is at the end of the list, you can only see it if you click on the white area at the end of the list, which turns blue.

Here it would be helpful if Incomedia displayed a number or something similar in front of the video in the list so that empty entries could be recognized.
