What direction is this app going in?

I have been a long-term user and i spent a significant amount of money on update protection, modules in the application... The time came when we realized that this application no longer offers innovation, modernity, speed in creating modern and today's acceptable websites. I'm not going to waste words about the online store, because anyone who sells through this application surely has too many problems like me to continue all this... I welcome you and direct Incomedia not criticism because it seems that for years the users have not been listened to.
I lived in the hope of progress because this application gave me a lot of clients who are still there but i lost a lot of them... So i want to say that it's time for new work victories with a new partner who understands users, listens, even creates modules according to my requirements, which i am very happy to pay for... Thank you...

I know you are preparing news, but Elisa you are slow to keep up with today's standards, Please, when you have already made a micro CMS, give it a little more push and allow file input and deletion, better manipulation... Users don't want to just write text and put pictures... Webshop is a completely different segment in which this application is not functional for selling chewing gum (pardon the expression) Online payment does not work in all countries, the quantity does not work despite all the settings and testing, I don't want to waste words on delivery and their manipulation... This is a top application with the wrong direction... I know that sales are important and that you aim for new users but LOSE THE OLD ones! With the help of this application, I personally created more than 240 simple websites, and this application is excellent for that... I expected the development of the X5 PRO segment to skyrocket over the years, paid for the update protection scam that leads nowhere... I have tested many programs over the last few years and this includes WordPress. If someone tells me that they create beautiful pages with WordPress, then they are programmers or specialists in this field. Actually, I took over WordPress as an administrator. The predecessor only worked with Gutenberg blogs and a Google calendar. Then I wanted to continue working with a highly acclaimed and new program for which i bought a lifetime license. After many hours of exercises and tutorials, i came back to Website X5, although sometimes I got annoyed by the developers' ideas. If you really want to run a shop with all the finesse, you have to look around for another program and also pay for it. Nothing is free these days. I have often written to the developers that if they would pay more attention to the needs of the providers, then Website X5 would become one of the best programs on the market.

Very long time ago I asked to Incomedia to deliver to us a public bugtracking tool (just to read) where all bugs, fixes, priorities should be available for us to see the how the fixes are evoluated. When you see into the changelog "minor fixes", it could be interesting to know which one, to avoid to ask by this forum.
So actually we have no visibility of the software feature / evolution. Do you know which news or fixes will be available into the next version... When the next version will be available too.... no visibility...
Always the answer.... into the next release, but date.... NEVER. we wait some months to have MAY BE the good fix.
When we paid a software it should be normal to be informed about these.
And when I saw into the changelog a new option "Magic text" based on IA, I laughed...
I think this option is not the best to delivered a software, and NEVER I saw a post from user to ask this one.
Just a pleasure for Incomedia to dev this function, not usefull for 95% of users. During this time we wait fixes.

Therefore I will only buy an update if it is in the right relation to performance and price. Everyone who can't speak the language needs MagicText nowadays, right? I would find it better to have an automatic tool for SEO so that our site can be found at all.

This application is built on very good foundations, it needs high-quality and fast development following the latest technologies... I think that Incomedija has a small number of programmers who are able to develop, test all segments, monitor new products on the market... In large companies, everyone is responsible for something and it is very easy to associate the faults with the responsible ones... I do not want to mention the price of the product for the quality that the product offers. I would like to pay Incomedia for a "PRO" license, but that license/application must works for what it is paid for. I'm not interested in the price, and Incomedia doesn't understand that. I, as an old user of the X5 system, am willing to pay the license and €1000 per year if it does what I want it to do. Thank you...
just my 2 cents
I used Website X5 for a number of customer projects but for new projects I use a competing program. I see there two advantages... 1. that program is in constant development with frequent updates (every two weeks) with all stuff included and not all addons you must buy additionally. 2. (what is more important) pages are created by blocks. This blocks can simply added by drag and drop and can include a lot of stuff. So basically you create a page by drag and drop suited blocks and adapt them to what you need. That is much faster than on X5 3. google fonts f.e. are not useable without violating DVSGO. Even if EU laws are nerving, other tools support local installation of fonts now, partly already for a long time. Why not X5?
The technical foundation itself is not bad, I could even live with indirect paying more by buying all sort of extra components. Nerving are issues like having problems to get a DVSGO conform webpage (what other tools support) and missing of blocks so development is much slower

I use Nicepage (next to X5) now mainly
