Hi, thank you for trying to help me, much appreciated! But I think I haven't received the correct answer.

When I change the text in Step 4 from "Order completed" to "Proceed with payment" and check how the shopping cart looks like, I can't see any changes. The phrase "Order completed" stays the same, no changes.

So, I ask for a professional help, maybe, there is a bug in X5 pro software which needs to be fixed. Please see my new attachment with comments. Thank you.

... if even with this option it doesn't work for you, ... then you can solve it immediately and  without stress  with a very simple EXTRA code with a simple copy/paste, this:

as a general recommendation, as these changes would impact other projects as well, I suggest creating a custom language using the desired language as the basis, like this:

In the custom language I changed the cart_step_4 from Order completed to Proceed with payment, I then set this as the project's language, and was able to display the new text:

Could you please try to make the change in the same way, then open the preview with CTRL + Preview and check if the text is now displayed correctly?
