Validating user access

I have multiple websites with priority access. Sometimes a user can have access to more than one website. I have used this in the past without issue, but now I have encountered a problem.
I can validate the user on the website he registered on, but when I update the list of registered users on the second website, they are not shown as an automatic registration and the response to the update is "Download successfully completed."
Any Ideas?

Hi Thomas,
thanks for your message. If I understand correctly, you're trying to synchronize the list of registered users across multiple websites managed with different WebSite X5 projects.
Please note that each WebSite X5 project works independently: the user registration data is stored separately for each project. This means that it's not possible to automatically share or synchronize the registered users between different projects or websites.
If I misunderstood what you're trying to do, feel free to clarify and I'll be happy to take another look.
Kind regards.

I think you have it correctly, but I have validated users access to multiple sites in the past, in fact I did it about two weeks ago for the same 2 sites that failed this time. The sites are 8 genealogy sites, one for each of my and my wife's grandparents. In the past, when someone registered on one site, such as a maternal grandparent I validated them on that site and then on the related paternal site, if necessary.
I tried setting up a dummy account registration and it will not recognize a second site unless I also register on it. Surprisingly, I went to one of the sites for my wife's family and did an update of the registered users and it became populated with users from my side of the family or others who were only registered on other sites months ago.
I'm completely confused. Isn't all the user registration contained in the SQL database provided through my webspace provider? Isn't this the information I setup on the "Export to Internet" page under the "FTP and Database connection parameters" on all my websites the common link? If not, where in WebSite X5 is it pointing to the registered users?
Also, I see you can export the Automatic Registrations, but I don't see a way to import these. I really don't see any great value in exporting the registrations, if you cannot import them. If you could, this would solve the problem I am having now. Just a thought.
Thanks for your prompt response.
