Has the "Contact Form" object been tested on another page (e.g., by creating a hidden page in the sitemap)?

Does your web hosting provider also support the "SMTP Authentication" setting? Perhaps you should check with support.

I live in Germany and had to change my email settings with my web hosting provider Hosteurope from "SMTP Authentication" to "PHP Mailer (recommended)" when I switched from Basic Web Hosting to cPanel Web Hosting.

As a side note, please take care that your website is not considered safe as it does not have a valid SSL certificate.
