Website Form Submit Button not working

I am a webdesigner. Whenever, I click the submit button for the website forms, the button keep loading and the thank you mesage doesn't appear despite the fact that all the export settings are accurate (SMTP Authentication). I need your help urgently since I am missing my clients.

Try using PHP version 8.2 (recommended for the latest version of the software), instead of 8.3.

I changed the PHP version to 8.2 and the problem still exists. Please help me to solve the problem
Has the "Contact Form" object been tested on another page (e.g., by creating a hidden page in the sitemap)?
Does your web hosting provider also support the "SMTP Authentication" setting? Perhaps you should check with support.
I live in Germany and had to change my email settings with my web hosting provider Hosteurope from "SMTP Authentication" to "PHP Mailer (recommended)" when I switched from Basic Web Hosting to cPanel Web Hosting.
