How do you upload Website X5 Evolution 9 files using Filezilla?

I get an error sign uploading from my Website X5 program.
I can use Filezila or the server's port to upload, but what files in my project go where?
I have a master file on my server called "Public" and with that you have the directory folders (admin, captcha, files... etc.). That is it for the server.
Do you just upload the files in directory folder called "Preview" to the folders with the same names in the Public folder?

This is a very old version.
You typically export to a drive, such as your hard drive (see screenshot below).
The directory on the web server is often called public_html. The files and subdirectories from the specified export directory (see 1. in screenshot) must be copied there using FileZilla.
The best way to do this is to open the public_html directory on the server side in FileZilla and select all files and subdirectories on the hard drive side, then give the upload command and wait until the upload is complete.

I have my website folder with everything in it.
In that folder there is a folder called “Preview” sharing the same name folders (admin, captcha, files, etc.) that I see in the server, and I think I would upload from the “Preview” to the server.
However, in my website folder I also have a folder called "Upload" that I don't see on my server, so I assume I don't do anything with that folder.
Am I kind of right?
There is no help for those who know better.
