Don't Receive All Mails From Forms.

When customers are sending mails from the forms, I receive only some of the mails. Not all of them. Where is the problem?

How do you know you only receive some of the mail.....
Have you a record of people using the X5 mail form??

2 diff. persons send me mails yesterday, and I didn't recieve any of them. When I send the form to my self I get them. And no. 3 person send me a form today, and I got that too. But still not the two from yesterday.
Give me the page where your X5 Mail Form is at..... I cannot seem to find it?

Go to your ADMIN page on the internet:
www.stellplatz-danmark.dk/admin
Login and you'll find your PHP is 5.1.6 which was released back in 2006.....
So it's a bit outdated don't you think!!

Well - I do not have admin-access to that server (only ftp). But I have told the company that they must update PHP. But right now the form seems to be OK. I have got yours form send by you. Can't imagine what happend in the beginning.

Hmm. Se the answer from the host:
PHP 5.1.6 is the latest version of PHP 5.1 family, and last updated in 2010 (PHP 5.1.6 built: Nov 29 2010 16:47:46). Within a family adds no new features, but is updated: common mistakes, security mistakes. This is not to break compability.

Thanx for the help.
They have now solved the other problem I had with danish letters, by changing the charset (without updating ?). So I will return if the problems continues.
