Hi. I have just bought COMPACT. I have not been able to use it for when at the start when entering the template you want i get and error message, and the programme closes down Help please. Allan

Thank you answering my call for help.
I have Windows 7 Elite, 2 Gig Memory 'and 30 Gig on my hard drive
I bought COMPACT 10 yesterday.
It has been updated
I have not been able to start doing a site.
START
Click icon It loads alright.
Project Selected NEW
NEXT
General Settings NAMED SITE etc
NEXT
Template PICKED TEMPLATE
NEXT
Pause
Error Message
ERROR OCCOURED
APP WILL CLOSE
PROJECT SAVED
Closes

These are the error message.

Pleasemakea screen printora copyofthedetails of the error.
so,we can oftenidentify whatis causing the error,usually it'sa problem with Windowsinstallation andupdates (for example:NET.Framework4 /4.5)

I have checked my updates and the two important ones for the NET. Framework have not been updating. So I have tried a number of time today to get them updated but can not.
I keep getting Code 643.
From the Reg.
This line is --- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Updates\Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Client Profile\KB2468871\ 15/06/13
This one is not ------- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Updates\Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Extended\KB2468871\

Please try to follow the instructions on following page for error 643:

It seems also, like reported by other users on following link, where bitdefender is causing issues with the .NET installation required for the program:
